The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States is a congressionally chartered, nonpartisan war veterans organization. It is one of the largest organizations of combat veterans in the United States. The organization has more than 2 million members. The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States offers compensation, pension, health care, life insurance, and vocational rehabilitation and employment services to its members.
