The American Legion Post#15 in East Greenwich is a hall with a restaurant and bar. The kitchen offers regular specials, such as fish and chips on Fridays. The hall is available to rent and is used by various organizations for events such as weekly auctions and entertainment. It is also the location of the Christmas Eve Community Dinner sponsored by Christ Church.

The club has a driving range, golf pro on the property, and a club house that serves lite fare and beverages. Memberships are available for purchase at reasonable prices.

The lodge features 12 RV sites, a dining room that is open for lunch daily at 11:30am, a lounge area open for drinks and popcorn, banquet rooms that can be rented to the public, a bingo room and a swimming pool that is open from June 1 to Labor Day.
A members-only golf club, Madison Country Club course was built in 1909. Adjacent to salt and fresh water marshes, the 18-hole course features ponds, streams and a location close to Long Island Sound and the Madison town center. A detailed history of the course, hole by hole, was written by long-time member and club champion Bill Whedon and is available on the club's website. Frank Carta is the head professional. The course was built by golf course designer and professional golfer Willie Park, Jr.
