The South Kingstown Elks Lodge 1899 and its members belong to the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks of the USA, a fraternal organization founded in 1869. Lodge membership is approved through a membership nomination and voting process. The South Kingstown lodge hosts banquet facilities, which are available for rental, as well as a members' lounge. Member meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
The American Legion Post#15 in East Greenwich is a hall with a restaurant and bar. The kitchen offers regular specials, such as fish and chips on Fridays. The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic organization committed to promoting leadership and faith in the community. This particular location is home to the Bishop William A. Hickey Council 3623. The facility was named after Bishop Hickey, commemorating his philanthropy. The Knights of Columbus run and host charity events throughout the year. Members meet on the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 7:30pm. Members may bring guest to meetings scheduled on the third Tuesday of every month.

Bristol Elks Lodge #1860 is a local branch of the Elks located on the waterfront. The branch works closely with the community and holds meetings twice per month. Some features include a function hall for events with a bar and room for 70 people, a game room with pool tables and a TV as well as a lounge with Rhode Island State Lottery, Keno, Powerball, Daily Numbers and scratch tickets. Some events and services include pool leagues, special celebrations, golf tournaments, auctions, fundraisers as well as fishing and a boat dock.
Known as the Centro Cultural de Santa Maria, this cultural organization has offerings in both English and Portuguese. The hall also hosts community events.
Knights of Columbus Council 2011 is located on Tower Hill Road. This organization has members hailing from North Kingstown, East Greenwich, Cranston, and Wakefield. The hall is available for special-event rentals and contains a full bar with three licensed bartenders. Council 2011 holds meetings twice a month (on the first and third Tuesdays of the month) and offers monthly breakfasts and twice-monthly dinners. In 2009, the council raised more than $40,000 for various charities. The council is led by Grand Knight V. J. Simonelli.

The center is open daily offering various activities for local veterans and residents. Members are open to a variety of benefits, including help securing government benefits for veterans, subscription to the VFW magazine, group health insurance and more.
Membership is available to all U.S. service members, including those who have earned an overseas campaign or expeditionary medal and are currently on active-duty, in the Reserves or who have been honorably discharged from the U.S. armed forces.
