Fred Astaire Dance Studios has been teaching ballroom dancing to Trumbull and surrounding towns since 1990. The owner, Henry Skopp, has been teaching for 10 years and runs the studio with five additional professionally trained instructors. Dances taught include the tango, salsa, waltz and cha cha. Parties and balls are held at various times throughout the year.
The Fitness Studio (formerly Every Woman's Spirit) offers members a comfortable workout environment that was made for and caters to the needs of women.
