The main branch of the Granby Public Library is located just outside the Granby Center at 15 North Granby Road in the municipal complex. This has been the home of the main library since it was built in 1982.
The main library offers a separate childrens' department, a "Teen Zone," quiet reading tables, public computers, a collection of 60,451 books, CDs and approximately 200 magazine and newspaper subscriptions.

City Year is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students throughout the country who are at risk of dropping out of school. It offers tutoring, mentoring and after-school programs led by recent college graduates who have been trained by the organization. This office is the Boston headquarters for the organization.
Chrysalis Employment Service is a nonprofit organization. Its mission is to prepare homeless and impoverished workers for new vocational opportunities and place them in employment. Chrysalis specializes in transitioning not only homeless and low-income clients, but also ex-convicts, victims of domestic violence, recovering substance abusers and workers lacking a high school or general equivalency diploma.
Faith Baptist Church has been serving the Fredericksburg area since 1975, operating the Faith Baptist School and Faith Baptist College. Services are also held in Spanish.

The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for families with children with cancer. The home is community supported and has more than 100 volunteers along with regular staff. It can accomodate 23 families a night, and many rooms have their own bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. The Ronald McDonald house is close to Longwood Medical Area, and often accomdates patients from Children's Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Jimmy Fund Clinic. This Brookline location was the eighth Ronald McDonald House location in the country.
Feed My People was started by John and Carol DeGuire in 1982. They wanted to help impoverished people in South County with a Christian theme. The largest St. Louis charity, Feed My People has an emergency help center, food and home needs pantry and provides several services to people in need. Helping over three million people last year alone, they arranged for heating units in apartments, help with food stamp applications, aid the elderly with taxes and offer free legal counseling. Several area churches serve on the board and offer constant donations.
The Thrift Store opened over 20 years ago and offers clothes, housewares, jewelry and toys at a cheap price. The store is staffed by volunteers and was named the best thrift store in St. Louis by the Riverfront Times.
The Louden Nelson Community Center is not named after a community icon named Louden. Through a typographical mix-up, so the story goes, the first "N" in Londen Nelson's name was transposed.
The center is in downtown Santa Cruz and provides free parking permits for the encircling block inside the center at the front desk. Louden Nelson houses a senior computer center, a teen center, and two rooms that can seat up to 127 people for various community and private events. Outdoors, a large playground is a popular spot for Santa Cruz children. An open field is often home to community events including the Juneteenth Celebration.
Faith Lutheran Church holds Sunday worship at 9am and 11am, in addition to Sunday School at 10:10am. The church offers many other programs and outreach services, including bible study. Faith Lutheran School, located on the church grounds, provides a comprehensive education for pre-school and elementary students.
The Connecticut Community Providers Association is a trade association. It represents different organizations that provide services and support for people suffering from disabilities and other issues. These include children and adults with substance abuse issues, mental illnesses as well as development and physical disabilities. Additionally, the association collaborates with community providers as well as state legislatures and agencies. The Connecticut Community Providers Association is led by president and chief executive officer Terry Edelstein.
