Manchester Racquet Club is an indoor tennis facility open to members only. The club offers training classes and individual lessons, as well as a tennis summer camp for children.

Submarine Veterans Club is located on School Street in Groton, Connecticut, just minutes away from General Dynamics. Submarine Veterans Club was established in 1966 by Dominic "Joe" Negri for the members of the U.S. Subvets. Open since 1956, SJ Riding Camp is an overnight summer camp for girls age 8-16. Sessions range from 1-3 weeks and include two riding lessons per day per camper, instruction in horse care and conventional camp activities such as arts and crafts and archery. The camp is accredited by the American Camping Association and all instructors have earned certification by the Certified Horsemanship Assoiciation. A members-only golf club, Madison Country Club course was built in 1909. Adjacent to salt and fresh water marshes, the 18-hole course features ponds, streams and a location close to Long Island Sound and the Madison town center. A detailed history of the course, hole by hole, was written by long-time member and club champion Bill Whedon and is available on the club's website. Frank Carta is the head professional. The course was built by golf course designer and professional golfer Willie Park, Jr.
Hartford Tennis Club is a private facility featuring 12 Har-Tru Courts. Its family, adult and junior members "enjoy club tournaments, social events and lessons in a beautiful tree-lined setting." The Hartford Tennis Club opened in 1937. It is located just west of Bishop's Corner.
The Norwalk Pastime Athletic and Social Club is a private establishment run by an elected board. General member meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm, except in July and August. All members enjoy each others' company through sports, meals, functions and conversation.
