American Legion Riders - Post 111 is a local affiliate of the American Legion. This group is dedicated to motorcycling and participates in parades and community events to support motorcyclists. It also hosts social events and promotes motorcycle safety.

Located in Alpharetta, American Legion Post 201 is a veterans organization situated on a 13-acre piece of land that also features a war memorial paying tribute to Georgians who have served in the Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard, and their families. The American Legion Post 201 features military equipment and a nearly 8,000 brick walkway. Inscribed on the bricks are the names of those who fought bravely for their community and country.
