The Pathway Home is an independent nonprofit organization that provides residential recovery programs for combat veterans. Programs are designed to address problems facing veterans and their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional needs in a supportive environment. The organization is based on the grounds of the Veterans Home of California in Yountville.
