American Swim Academy began in 1973 as Fremont Swim School. It was founded, and is still owned and operated by the Alberti family.From the beginning, our mission has been to provide high-quality swim instruction with unsurpassed customer service. Today, that principle remains the backbone of our company, which has expanded to four Bay Area locations.Its important to us to provide consistent, superior swim instruction at each of our schools. We have designed and built safe and comfortable indoor pools at each location to provide the optimum learning environment year-round. More importantly, each of our instructors is hand-picked for their love of children, and then formally trained to provide consistent, quality swim instruction for every swimmer of every ability.Student safety is our highest priority, and all of our instructors are CPR Certified.
