The Sammamish Rowing Association exists to promote the sport of rowing to all ages and ability levels. It requires no membership and keeps class costs low with financial assistance available. Its classes range from beginner to national-competitive levels and adult to children including school outreach programs.
Its activities have been launched from a boathouse in Marymoor Park since 1997, but this location is its new boathouse. This center of rowing will be four times larger than its current home and will be open in October 2011.
Edmonds Community College has a 50 acre campus which includes computer labs, a residence hall, science labs, dining halls, a childcare center, a theater and a gym. The college offers a variety of associates degree. The student population includes high school students earning college credit, mid-career professionals seeking new job training, international students, low income students and many others. The college is a Center of Excellence for aerospace and advanced materials manufacturing training.
This neighborhood swim club is open from May through September. Norwood Swim Club provides swimming classes and other activities for children and adults. It also provides free propane in the guest BBQ area. Check the calendar of events on its Web site.
Klahaya Swim & Tennis Club is situated in a lovely, wooded residential neighborhood. Set back from the road, the front yard offers a small basketball court and modest parking lot. Around back you will find a well-maintained yard overlooking the tennis and pool areas.

The Sno-King Youth Club sponsors so many activities it is difficult to list them. Sno-King serves more than 8,000 youth preschool aged and up.
