The forty-six candlepin lanes of Metro Bowl have been owned and operated by the Leo Family since 1977. It offers a series of leagues, bumper bowling, cosmic bowling on the lanes, billiards, an arcade and snack bar as well. Birthday parties are available for kids to blow out candles while they bowl over candlepins.
Owned and operated by the Town of Shrewsbury Parks and Recreation Department, the Donahue Rowing Center is located on Lake Quinsigamond. It serves area high school and college crew programs and also has rental racks for storage.

There is an ice rink inside which is the home of a triple A hockey team called the East Coast Wizards and also has open ice skating times for amateur skaters and the public. The local high school hockey teams also play here. In addition, there is an indoor turf which houses the youth soccer, lacrosse, baseball and football teams. This location hosts private birthday parties and other special events. There is an open gym available to adults daily. Equipment rentals and physical therapy are also provided here. Edge is open daily.

Operating out of a colorful gym with a soft padded floor, Tumble Kids USA features classes that range in size from one to 10 students. A competitive team program is available for older children.
