Established in 1973 as a gymnastics school the Iowa Gym-Nest has become a full service sports facility for Gymnastics, Taekwon-Do, Power Tumbling, Cheerleading, Wrestling, CrossFit Gymnastics, Sports & Adventure Camps, Youth Fitness and Play Groups. We also offer many drop-in programs, No School Day Camps, and fantastic Birthday Parties. Our gymnastics programs begin with children 12 months of age and include programs for all ability levels, from those with special needs to those with exceptional ability.We are Iowa’s largest gymnastics school 1,200 students in two locations. 23,000 square feet facilities. Both locations offer state of the art equipment including in-ground trampolines and landing pits for safe learning. Our preschool gyms feature specialized equipment for smaller children. The martial arts/wrestling rooms. Both of our facilities are fully air-conditioned. Our lobbies provide viewing areas of the gyms and have free Wi-Fi.
