Bonita Bay Club East is a golf course and clubhouse that features more than 850 acres of cypress wetlands and over 190 acres of pine flats, as well as lakes, native sabal palms and open space in Florida. It is operated by the Bonita Bay Group, which specializes in the planning, development, sale and management of communities and recreational facilities throughout southwest Florida. The parent company employs over 1,500 individuals. It also operates several residential facilities, including Mediterra and The High-Rises at Bonita Bay. The parent company s other residential community, Sandoval, features villas and carriage and single-family homes. Its TwinEagles community includes estates and homes, as well as a clubhouse and golf courses. In addition, the Bonita Bay Group manages Verandah that features nearly 1,700 homes.
