Westside Rentals has become a leader in the residential rental marketplace, matching renters with landlords since founder Mark Verge began compiling vacancy listings in his garage in 1996. This office serves as the headquarters. Those looking for an apartment can sign up for 60-day memberships to view available apartments across the Los Angeles area. Searches can be narrowed down to neighborhoods, price range, amenities, size and property type. Landlords list for free, with a staff on hand to continually update listings. Members can come to this office to use computers for searches and print results. Special events for landlords and renters are also held here, as well as conducting credit checks. The company also has offices that cover markets from San Diego to the North Central Coast.
