The Knights of Pythias is a fraternal organization devoted to universal peace through mutual understanding. This lodge is located south of Fredericksburg in the vicinity of Four Mile Fork. It engages in a number of charitable activities throughout the year.

The Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity is a Christian-based ministry that builds homes for Fredericksburg. Eliminating homelessness and poverty is the organization's aim.

This location houses the organization's offices and is also the site of a store that sells new and used home furnishings, appliances and building materials. The store accepts material donations, and HFH accepts monetary donations.

Proceeds from the store are used solely to fund HFH's home-building projects. Volunteers are always welcome.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3103 is an organization of local ex-service members and charitable military groups like the Disabled American Veterans and the Young Marines. In addition, Post 3103 also rents out two meeting halls. The main hall has a kitchen and a capacity of 125, while the upstairs hall can hold 83. These meeting halls have become an important location for a variety of nonmilitary charities, support groups and churches. Five different Alcoholics Anonymous groups regularly meet here, and there is a driving school. It's conveniently located off Route 1 on Princess Anne Street and is also close to Old Mill Park.

Moose Family Center Lodge #1655 is a community association located on Cherry Road and based in Fredericksburg. The Lodge is a private club that follows in the footsteps of the Masons, offering various degrees of membership and staying heavily involved in the community. The Moose Lodge and Family Center can be used for a wide range of events, including sporting events, family dinners, holiday parties, dances and other social activities. The Lodge also holds numerous activities throughout the year including Bingo, card games, breakfast events and family nights.
