The South Pasadena Masonic Lodge was chartered in 1905 as Sunset Lodge and its all-male members have been providing community service in the Los Angeles area ever since. Members adhere to the principles of faith, charity and brotherly love and new members are welcome.
The lodge's mission statement is "We make good men better men." Special events are held periodically and have included local day trips and dinners.
Amenities
Post 2070 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the largest organization of combat veterans in the U.S., is located on South Magnolia Avenue. The facility features a bar and pool tables, and is available to rent for special occasions.
