The adorable Beech Tree Cottages, found between Hammonasset State Park and the center of Madison, are available for nightly and weekly stays from April through October.
There are four large cottages on the three-acre, nicely landscaped estate, and each has a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. In the living room, there's a pull-out couch for additional guests, as well as a color television. Each cottage can accommodate up to four people. A hospitality tray with coffee and tea is provided for each cottage.
The four smaller guest cottages have a bedroom with either a king, queen, two twin beds or two full beds, and can accommodate two to four guests.
Picnic tables and gas grills are located on the grounds. Guests are given beach passes for the local beaches. Bed and bath linens are provided.
