Countrylane Woods II is a secluded, rural clubhouse that's part of the Countrylane subdivision in West County. It has tennis courts, a pool and a playground. The clubhouse and pool are available for private rentals.

Programs offered include Shepherd's Travelers (to help seniors escape their daily routine and explore a fun destination during a one-day visit), Adventures in Learning (for clients interested in learning something new and vibrant, such as a dance or painting), Handy Hands (a volunteer program where volunteers provide minor home repairs for seniors), Chores Galore (volunteer yard work for seniors), the Resource Center (provides assistance in looking services and agencies) and Transportation Ministry (volunteers driving seniors to dental and medical appointments). Annie’s Hope is a bereavement center for kids. The focus of this non-profit organization is helping children, teens, and their families deal with death and loss.
