Foxborough Park offers a playground for children and various athletic facilities, including basketball courts, soccer fields, biking/hiking trails and softball fields. In addition, there are shelters for picnics here.
The Gillespie Community Center is a public facility located on Commerce Boulevard that offers community members a place to gather and participate in activities. The center hosts numerous events and programs, including ones for seniors, teens and youths in the area. Activities and programs include a book club, art groups, quilting and photo groups, bridge games, defensive driving classes, and much more. St. Philip the Deacon can be found 2 miles west of 494 on County Road Six, and one block east of Highway 101. The mission of this church is “Reach out" to all God’s people. Red Oak Park is a 36-acre community park located half a mile south of Cliff road. This park features ample opportunities for outdoor recreation, winter or summer, including Burnsville's only disc golf course. Overnight parking is prohibited.
Located in a building that was once a covenant of Incarnation Catholic Church, The Center for Performing Arts became an arts center in 1995. Currently the center offers numerous youth and adult dance classes. Students can take piano, cello, guitar, percussion and strings lessons. There are a number of health arts practitioners in the building who offer classes in Tai Chi, body work, yoga, movement integration and more. The Center for Performing Arts also rents space to artists for rehearsal.
On the north side of the building, The Center for Performing Arts is home to the Kingfield Community Garden, where 35 people from the surrounding area garden the 12 raised beds.
Sunday worship service at Spirit of Life begins every Sunday at 10:00am, with Communion celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Childcare is provided during the worship service. Following the service, Sunday School classes are offered for children and adults. A Youth Program is available, which includes service activities as well as fun monthly group events.
Located in rural Chanhassen, Camp Tanadoona offers day-time and overnight camp for kids and camp site rentals for groups.
All Saints Catholic Church offers regular weekend mass on Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 7:30am, 9am, 11am and 5:30pm. Faith Formation Programs are offered for adults and children of all ages.
