East Cobb Presbyterian Church is located at 4616 Roswell Road (Georgia Highway 120), just east of The Avenues of East Cobb shopping center, and west of the Fulton county line. Wildwood Baptist Church is located on a large plot of land on Wade Green Rd., about a mile south of Highway 92 in Acworth. The campus is anchored by a large main building, which houses the main meeting hall and several classrooms and smaller meeting rooms. The church offers specialized ministry classes for all age groups and life situations and is also home to a weekday pre-school. The stately three-story Duluth City Hall overlooks the Town Green, Festival Center and historic Main Street. The present City Hall opened in January 2008, replacing the old City Hall on West Lawrenceville Street. The mayor and city council meet in the council chambers on the second Monday of each month. This church dates back to post-Civil War days with its first services held in 1872. A fire destroyed the church in 1941, but the bell was rescued and today is atop the current building, which was purchased by the church congregation in 1953. The Roswell Cultural Arts Center has provided the local community with a venue for performing and visual arts since 1991 when it first opened its doors. Located adjacent to the Roswell Municipal Complex and the Roswell Library, the Cultural Arts Center offers an array of productions and exhibits to residents and visitors throughout the year.
