Founded in 1987, Challenge Day is a nonprofit organization that provides one-day programs to middle, junior and high schools and other organizations and companies. The organization conducts games, activities, group discussions and trust-building exercises for the personality development of teenagers and youths. Its day programs focus on a variety of topics, such as intellectual flexibility, task leadership, emotional control and social competence.
