Cards & Comics specializes in trading cards and "all new and current" comics.
In addition to selling Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon and Magic cards, the store holds tournaments, including occasional free ones. In some tournaments, the winner can receive a free pack or store credit. The monthly tournament schedule is updated on the store's website.
The store recommends calling for information about its current comic book selection, because it receives new shipments every Wednesday.
The Baseball Performance Academy is located in the Calle Perfecto Business Park. It is a center for amateur and professional baseball players to come train, workout and improve their games. It caters to all age groups and it is a unisex facility.
There are different levels of training. A basic monthly fee allows you into the workout pens and onto the pitching mounds. There is also an upstairs gym where athletes may work on strength and body development. The pro shop features the Rawlings brand of baseball athletic gear such as bats, gloves, balls and attire.
Athletic Edge Batting Cages is an indoor facility with 7 batting cages. They offer cage time, lessons and a pitching range. Fast pitch softball, slow pitch softball and basball batting cages are available for $14 for 15 minutes. The pitching range and practice tee room is $15 for 30 minutes. They have baseball and softball equipment for sale such as balls, bats, helmets, gloves, mitts, catcher gear, equipment bags, mouth guards and more. Athletic Edge is willing to assist with birthday parties for girls or boys.
The Bridges is one of California's highest rated courses. Natural surroundings and the design of the course provide one of the most challenging golf experiences in North California according to its NCGA rating, hence the motto, "The Tougher the Course, the Greater the Challenge." It wishes to maintain the highest standards of traditional golf, therefore this is only non-metallic spike facility and collard shirts or golf industry apparel must be worn at all times. Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and can be made online. There is a Practice Center with state-of-the-art golf video analysis. Individual, group, junior and women's only instruction and clinics are available. Joey Pickavance, PGA Professional and 1997 Teacher of the Year, is in charge of the golf instruction. The Clubhouse, Fireside Room and Garden Pavilion are available for special events. The restaurant and bar are open daily.
