Offices for the Westchester District Attorney are located in the Westchester Supreme and County Courthouse. The District Attorney's Office prosecutes almost 40,000 cases a year, and is broken into five divisions. The Local Criminal Courts and Grand Jury Division prosecutes the majority of 30,000 criminal cases.
