The companys development activities consist primarily of moderately priced residential condominium and single-family construction located in the six primary markets serviced by its regional offices. Most of the residential, senior housing, office and other commercial properties owned and managed by the companys asset management division are located in the greater Milwaukee area. The company maintains corporate offices in Milwaukee and regional operating offices in Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada and Texas.
