This office holds all land records in Will County and is essentially a library of documents. It holds documents dating all the way back to 1836, when the county was established.
Citizens can request copies of these public documents for a fee. The office does not hold birth, marriage or death certificates.
The Will County Recorder's Bolingbrook Office is located in the same building as the DuPage Township General Assistance office at 241 Canterbury Ln., right next to the DuPage Township Senior Center.
The Recorder's Office is an extension of the main office, located in Joliet.
