Established in 1807, Andover Newton Theological School is one of the oldest graduate theological institutions in the United States that offers a range of certificate, degree and nondegree programs. Its course curriculum includes classes in various fields, such as ethics, worship, history, arts, ministerial practice, Christian education, supervision, ministerial leadership, psychology, pastoral counseling, and marriage and family therapies. Andover Newton Theological School maintains several residential buildings, including dormitories, studio apartments, and kitchen and bathroom facilities to provide housing services for students. It is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS), and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Andover Newton Theological School is located in Newton Centre, Mass.
