C2 Education provides tutoring for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade in all subjects, as well as tutoring and preparation for standardized tests, including the SAT, ACT, PSAT and AP exams, and college application counseling. With small class sizes and individualized attention, the tutors aim to help students grow and succeed academically and offer guidance and support through every step of the educational path.
The Real Estate Institute offers classes that prepare students for getting a real estate liscense. Courses are offered both on-site and online.
Huntington Learning Center provides tutoring and standardized test preparation for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Subjects covered include reading, writing, math, phonics, vocabulary, and study skills. Also, high school students are offered ACT and SAT prep, as well as high school entrance exam preparation.
The Oxford Learning Center opened its first branch in 1984 and now provides tutoring nationwide. Students work with staff at the Palantine center to improve skills required at school, to prepare for SAT and other exams, and to concentrate on other academic objectives. Instruction, which is tailored to the specific stage of the child's mental development, also helps to foster learning skills and to boost self-esteem and the motivation to succeed.
The Huntington Learning Center was founded in New Jersey in 1977, and since then has been franchised across the nation. This branch of the tutoring center creates a friendly atmosphere for all kids. The staff here educates and tutors children from ages three through seventeen in various subjects. The test-prep program is especially popular; students work one-on-one with teachers to prepare for the SAT, ACT and similar high-school exams.
For private or public school students who would like tutoring in reading, study skills, writing, phonics, spelling, math or SAT/ACT exam preparation, the Huntington Learning Center in La Grange Park provides one-on-one help in a bright and friendly environment.
Since 2003, the center has been a tenant in the Village Market Shopping Center, in walking distance from the La Grange Metra Station. Previously, it was located in Westmont.
Garry Fairfield, founder and executive director of this branch of the national network of Huntington Learning Centers, said he's very proud the school is part of the La Grange and La Grange Park communities.
