A well-known spot within the community for tennis,Willows Racquet & Fitness Centre also has two racquetball courts and a fitness center. Lessons are available for children and adults, and leagues are always in play. A comfortable waiting area for parents and a restaurant are available upstairs.
North Shore Tennis & Squash Club is a non-profit organization offering facilities and programs for tennis and squash players of all ages. The facility includes two indoor courts, two outdoor clay courts, one squash court, a sauna and an exercise room with treadmills, weights and more. Founded in 1965, North Shore Tennis & Squash Club offers singles and doubles programs as well as a mixed doubles round robin every Tuesday from noon to 2 pm October through May. The club also offers private and semi-private lessons, youth clinics and summer camps.
Sudbury River Tennis Club is a private club located on Edgell Road. Tennis courts are clay and set back from the road in a wooded area. Men's and women's locker rooms are available. Membership is by application, and there is usually a waiting list. Members may sign up for private and group lessons, clinics, and teams for men, women and children. In addition, there are camp programs for children.

Newton Squash & Tennis Club is a private club that is owned and operated by its members. It is conveniently located in Newton Centre, just off Commonwealth Avenue near Centre Street on Chestnut Terrace. The club features four outdoor tennis courts that rival any in New England and two adjoining international squash courts that can be combined into one doubles court.
