Spectrum Gymnastics Academy is a locally owned and operated facility with gymnastics equipment. It has gymnastics for children of all ages and abilities. It offers classes for toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartners. Parties are also hosted at its facility, complete with indoor inflatables.

Massage therapy is available along with classes in Zumba, Pilates, yoga, "boot camp" and aqua aerobics in a relaxing, non-intimidating setting. Different types of membership are available and include a fitness evaluation and body composition assessment and personalized program.
