This location is the Cranston Child Development Center of the Comprehensive Community Action Program. The center provides the local parents of Cranston with child care for kids up to the age of 5. Established in 1974, the commission is the largest voluntary revenue source for the state, providing hundreds of millions in annual revenue that goes into the general fund.
