The North Dodge Athletic Club is a premium full service fitness and wellness center serving all levels of exercisers and athletes. It offers a multitude of fitness choices here, including a comprehensive schedule of fitness classes, a pilates studio, racquetball and basketball courts and a swimming pool. There's also a cardio and weight room as well. The Athletic Club has a professional staff of personal trainers available for consultation. North Dodge has a variety of youth programs available and also has a nursery.
Iowa City Alliance Soccer Club is a nonprofit organization providing various competitive soccer leagues for players throughout Iowa City. The organization sponsors summer clinics and organizes tournaments for experienced and amateur players.
Visit The Falls Aquatic Center for outdoor pool and waterpark fun. The Falls Quatic Center is open Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. Seasonal passes are available the first of May at the Cedar Falls Recreational Center only. For even more fun, check out the Safari Falls, the Adventure Falls and the Rock Falls inside the center.

The Falls Aquatic Center lap swim information: One lane available during regular hours; Early Bird Lap Swim (August 8-19) is from 5:45am to 7:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Urbandale Little League offers youths in the community a chance to participate in organized baseball play. It also helps disabled youths, offering them a chance at playing the sport. Tournaments are held each year during the season and it is always looking for volunteers to help with tournaments, field preparations, coaching and other related activities and services.
The Iowa City Eels Swim Club is a swimming program designed for swimmers of all skill levels. The club provides various programs, including a stroke class, youth and master's programs and elite programs.
