Success Gymnastics Academy is a school that trains its students in both competitive and non-competitive gymnastics. A wide range of ages are taught at the school, from pre-schoolers through high school seniors. In additon to classes, the school hosts competitions, and the facility is even rentable for birthday parties and other private events.
Colonial Bowling Lanes offers 18 lanes, a bar and lounge, food, games, and more. The bar serves beer specials and food such as burgers, mozzerella sticks, fries, chicken tenders, pizza and more. The bowling alley has room for special events, and offers cakes for kids' birthday parties, corporate team building events, and more. The game room offers old-school arcade games. There's a pro shop onsite.
Moy Yat Kung Fu offers Kung Fu lessons for students ages five and up. Classes are held weekly and teach the concentration, coordination, respect and movements of Kung Fu. The school's teachers are very involved with all students and always willing to help each student master each and every move.
The North Dodge Athletic Club is a premium full service fitness and wellness center serving all levels of exercisers and athletes. It offers a multitude of fitness choices here, including a comprehensive schedule of fitness classes, a pilates studio, racquetball and basketball courts and a swimming pool. There's also a cardio and weight room as well. The Athletic Club has a professional staff of personal trainers available for consultation. North Dodge has a variety of youth programs available and also has a nursery.
Pleasant Valley is an eighteen-hole golf course with a Caribbean-style layout. The facility offers a driving range, a practice course and a putting green. Golfers can ask about junior rates for youths ages eighteen and under.
Mercer Park has a variety of options including playground equipment, picnic tables, cooking grills, water, restrooms, an indoor swimming pool, an open play field, a baseball/softball complex with four lighted fields, tennis courts including six that are lit and basketball courts.
Mercer Park hosts Youth Baseball League and city recreation sports. It sits next to Scanlon Gymnasium/Mercer Park Aquatic Center.
