Mothers Against Drunk Driving has one simple mission: to stop drunk driving and support the victims of violent crime. This is the Georgia office of MADD, which was formed in 1980 and is the largest non-profit organization in the United States that works to protect families from drunk driving and underage drinking. The group is very pro-active in its support of the use of ignition interlock devices (in-car breathalyzers) which require all convicted drunk drivers to blow into a machine proving they are sober before their car will start.
