Colorado Scuba Center is a full-service store renting and selling scuba equipment and offering classes for certification in Lakewood, CO. We are locally owned and proud to be serving the Denver Metro areas scuba diving needs since 1983.

Colorado Scuba Center is the oldest existing scuba diving center in the area under the same ownership and offer the greatest number of scuba diving specialty courses in the Rocky Mountain Region. Our diving center features a wide range of new and used snorkeling and scuba diving equipment from world class manufacturers, an intimate classroom setting, personalized, quality instruction for groups and individuals, an indoor heated pool, and group and personalized dive travel services.

We stock a wide range of snorkeling and diving equipment and accessories that include:


• Masks, fins, snorkels, buoyancy compensators (BCDs), wetsuits, dry suits, hoods, vests, dive belts and apparel

• Scuba diving regulators, consoles (pressure and depth gauges) and diving computers

• Underwater cameras, video cameras and camera systems

Colorado Scuba Center comes from humble blue collar roots that still define who we are and how we act, and our store, instructors and staff continues to reflect that philosophy. That means as a registered PADI 5-Star Training Centre we are committed to providing you with the world class training, service, and products you deserve.

At Colorado Scuba Center we offer both group and individual diving travel packages. And like our training classes we purposely limit the size of our group travel packages to ensure that your travelling and diving experiences are the best they can possibly be.

Mr. Simpson is no stranger to tourism; having been exposed to tourism all his life, it has given Mr. Simpson a full spectrum of what makes his homeland and culture worth sharing. It wasn’t until spending over a decade living in Europe, learning about the diverse culture, lifestyle, and customs of European life, which influenced the idea of incorporating that knowledge into his native cultural tourism business. Mr. Simpson is a firm believer in education and cultural aspects that is shared within his company. His great understanding and passion has opened doors for others enabling them to share a connection between different countries, backgrounds, and heritage—a cultural harmony. Mr. Simpson’s greatest accomplishment didn’t stop there, in 2007 he launched his tour company into the Japanese market.
