Central Bucks South High School is a public institution in the Central Bucks School District. It serves approximately 2,000 students in grades 10 through 12, and was first opened in 2005. The school follows standard state curriculum and offers a wide variety of extracurricular and enrichment programs in academics, athletics and the arts, fielding 22 varsity teams. Its two feeder schools are Unami Middle School and Tamanend Middle School.
The Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School is a private Catholic high school affiliated with the Felician Sisters order. The school, which was founded in the 1930s, offers several athletic programs, including a new football program. Students who attend the school must wear uniforms approved by the school's administration.
