RISE Learning Center is a program of RISE Special Services. RISE Special Services is a joint services and supply cooperative that serves as an umbrella organization supporting four school districts in south Indianapolis in meeting the needs of students with disabilities. RISE Special Services provides special education and related services for students with disabilities. The cooperative offers a wide range of services and programs. It provides services for various disorders, including such as autism, health impairment, traumatic brain injury, hearing impairment, visual impairment, blind, moderate mental disability and multiple disability.
