Beth El Synagogue lies in a secluded spot in East Windsor. Rabbi Jay M. Kornsgold leads this synagogue, which is part of the Conservative movement. In addition to the synagogue's religious educational offerings, the facility boasts a number of other programs as well as a Judaica gift shop.
One of four elementary schools in the district, McKnight is in the Twin Rivers community. The building is new but sits on the same grounds as the original. The school's mascot is Lightning the Mustang.
