About the Owner George Effrem is our store owner. He received his Certificate in Commercial Art from Hennepin Technical Center, 1975-77. B.A. degrees from Bethel College, Arden Hills, MN specializing in Art and Business. He has studied under Chris Effrem at the Wood Carving School. He is also a wood sculptor and wood turner. George enjoys sharing his knowledge about carving and woodworking. He also teaches at the Wood Carving School.
