Established in 1908, Lincoln Elementary School offers a range of educational programs to more than 300 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, math, art, science and English. The school conducts classes in foreign language, fine arts, music, computer applications, and health and physical education. It also offers Title I and special, gifted and talented education programs. The school operates a parent-teacher association that conducts several fundraising events and programs. It maintains a library and media center that features a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. In addition, the school provides food and transportation services. Lincoln Elementary School employs a nurse, speech specialist and custodians, as well as operates a student council. It is a part of the Prescott Unified School District, which governs various elementary, middle and high schools.
