The Lower Southampton Township District Court is next to the police station and administration building on the same campus. The Magisterial District judge that rules over this court is the honorable John Waltman. Family, traffic, small claims, civil and criminal cases are all heard in this court. Collier is a first-class township located in Allegheny County with 7,080 residents, according to the 2010 Census. The township includes densely populated villages and businesses surrounding rural areas. In 1990, construction began on the affluent neighborhood known as Nevillewood, which includes an 18-hole golf course designed by former PGA golfer Jack Nicklaus. Sal Sirabella serves as the township manager.

The Northampton Township Police Department, located in the Complex, is one that strives to be more proactive rather than reactive in its law enforcement behaviors. Chief Barry Pilla, along with a team of highly trained officers and staff, has implemented several programs to keep the township safe and running smoothly including a Quality of Life Team whose job is to focus on issues a normal officer can't spend time on.

The Colonial Regional Police Department has 24 officers, all of which are full-time. The department provides law enforcement services for Lower Nazareth Township, Hanover Township, Bath Borough and Chapman Borough.
