All items sold at our thrift stores help fund local programs that heal addictions, restore families and change lives. Based in Goodlettsville, Tenn., Parkway Baptist Church propagates religious services. It has various ministries, such as family, youth, children, middle school and college. The church provides senior adult ministry a number of services, such as copying and delivering of audio tapes and CDs of church services for those unable to attend; visit to members who are sick, homebound, and bereaved; and visits to church prospects and absentees, among others. Parkway Baptist Church offers services, such as Sunday School, Celebration Service, Contemporary Worship and more.
Broad Street United Methodist Church is located in Cleveland, Tenn. The church is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It offers musical programs for all ages and skill levels. Through small groups ministry the church offers individuals, couples and families the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical resources necessary to live healthy and Christian lives. It also forms a youth group that includes students from 10 different schools in Cleveland and Chattanooga. The church s children s ministry includes programs such as acolyte program, children s church, children s day, communion awareness training, children s learning center, Bible explorers, confirmation class, nursery care, pre-K academy, Sunday school, vacation Bible school and day camps.
Established in 1907, First Assembly of God offers preaching, worship and prayer services. It provides educational and religious services for children, youths and adults. The church offers discipleship training, as well as organizes mission trips, creative art programs and recreational activities. It also provides JAMCLUB, which is a church service for children in grades one through six. First Assembly of God offers spiritual teaching through games, music, puppet shows, and classroom lectures. It encourages mental, physical and spiritual growth of individuals through several meetings and social events. The church offers Christian care, visitation and meal services for delinquent children in various juvenile court facilities. Additionally, it maintains several ministries that include adult, college, youth, children and senior adults. First Assembly of God is located in Cordova, Tenn.
