I have five years experience working in Crested Butte Colorado at Mountain Resort, and three years experience working and managing Harmels Ranch Resort Spa. I specialize in transformational neuromuscular massage which is a technique that pins the muscle then stretches and contracts the muscles origin and insertion. This technique is used to reset chronic muscle patterns, relieve tension and reduce pain. I also practice various deep tissue massage techniques, pre and post natal massage, sports massage, infant massage, and geriatric massage as well as basic reflexology.
