Formed in 1961, the Progress Center serves young children with developmental delay or disability from birth to 3 years of age. Located in Longview, Wash., it offers assistance with education, information, support and therapy services. The center provides various programs, such as developmental screening, Tracking Learning Children (TLC), supervised visits and outpatient therapy services. This includes behavioral assessments, research on infant/toddler brain development and physical /communication/occupational therapy, among others. The Progress Center is a Level 1 Neuromuscular Clinic under the guidelines of the State of Washingtons Children with Special Health Care Needs.

Three Rivers Christian School was formed in 2004 by the merger of Cornerstone Community Christian School & Longview Christian School and Child Development Center. Our mission is to glorify God by providing a quality, biblically based, Christ-centered education, dedicated to developing students with a Christian world view who are spiritually, socially, physically, and academically prepared to impact their world for Christ. Currently, TRCS runs the following programs: Child Development Center: serves children ages 4 weeks through 12 years with educational services and child care. Elementary and Middle School programs: serve Kindergarten through 7th grade. High School campus: (currently located in Kelso) serves 8th through 12th grade.

A nonprofit community and health care agency, Community Home Health and Hospice was founded in 1977. It serves more than four county areas, including Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum in Washington, and Columbia in Oregon. It provides a wide range of health care programs and services that include skilled nursing, medical, counseling and residential services. Its hospice care center provides various services, including acute symptom management, respite, and custodial and end of life care. It also offers bereavement programs for adults, parents, teens and children. The programs include group support, camps and grief management services. It also offers home health cares services for adults, infants and children. Community Home Health and Hospice is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare and operates from two locations in Washington, including Longview and Vancouver.
