Located in Hilton Head Island, S.C., Community Service Associates, also known as CSA, is a nonprofit trust that manages the operations of the Hilton Head Island community. The organization oversees security, maintenance and general care of the plantation. It offers a wide variety of facilities, including a community center, forest preserve, heritage farm, swimming pools and a beach. Its community center offers services for various occasions, including lectures, seminars, workshops, luncheons, dinners, receptions and social functions. The community center has a main room, an art studio, and activity and conference rooms. Its beach facility is designated for property owner use only and has picnic areas and a beachside pavilion. The organization s maintenance department provides various services, including trash collection, mosquito repellant spraying and mailbox installation.
