The Osterville Free Library and its friendly and capable staff have much to offer the community, including an extensive collection of books that includes the newest titles and favorite classics. The library also has a movie department, a story hour several times a week and other events that are featured on its event Calender.

Founded in 1988, Arlington Center for the Arts is a community art space located on Foster Street. The Center features a gallery showing the work of Arlington Open Studios participants, the Tufts Gallery and a 150 seat theater, in addition to offering art classes for students of all ages and an after school arts enrichment program. Watertown Cooperative Nursery School offers pre-school and extended day programs for children ages 3-5. Opened in 1952, it has become a nurturing environment that promotes individual creativity, group participation, and critical thinking. Located on Washington Park in Newton, the New Art Center is a non-profit community space that opened 33 years ago. The Center offers a range of art education programs, features regularly scheduled exhibits of local artists and student works, hosts art-focused lectures and special events and offers space rentals for private functions. Located in the Sudbury Memorial Cogregational Church, Sudbury Cooperative Preschool is a family-centered learning environment which provides programs and classes for students ages two to five that focus on free choice and creative play. Founded in 1949, The Sudbury Cooperative Preschool is a parent-run, teacher-staffed cooperative that offers indoor and outdoor play space, crafts, directed learning, circle time, group activities, snacks and small class sizes with a maximum of eight to ten students in each class, allowing teachers to tailor lessons that accommodate each child’s interests and maximizes individual instruction for all. The Attleboro Lodge of Elks is a charitable organization with more than 900 members. It caters to the entire community, including senior citizens, veterans, youth, sports teams and fire departments. The Attleboro Lodge of Elks provides a facility and function hall, situated on 26 acres of land, which are available for private functions, reunions, receptions, fundraisers, school sponsored events and more.
Since 1971 Revels has been providing a unique form of entertainment: a blend of music, dance and theater recalling arts based on seasonal traditions. Audience participation is encouraged, and the group combines amateur and professional talent. Performances take place at many venues throughout the year, so be sure to check the calendar.
NRT of Easton owns five conservation areas within Easton and has been an avid supporter of Easton's natural environment since 1967. Its headquarters are located on the Sheep Pasture in North Easton, which it owns and operates.
In addition to NRT's environmental work, the organization has devoted time to community event planning, such as a Harvest Fair held in October.
