Cedar Ridge is a 10-plus-bed intermediate care facility that provides 24-hour assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. It is a part of Stepping Stone, founded in 1972, which provides a range of care services to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Stepping Stone operates several programs, including therapeutic preschool, adult development center and Medicaid waiver programs. Its therapeutic preschool offers educational training; speech, physical and occupational therapies; and case management services. The facility s infant care program serves infants who are at risk due to premature birth. In addition, its vocational division offers job training to individuals with developmental disabilities.
