As a therapist, I understand that deciding to seek professional help for your concerns is a difficult decision. It can be even harder to find the "right" person to talk with. My counseling practice is designed to make this process as comfortable for you as possible. Please feel free to contact me by telephone (best) or email if you have further questions or would like to set an appointment. I provide a free consultation, either in person or over the phone, to help you select a therapist you feel comfortable with.-Tamara Auger
