Gail Logemann joined Kevin in 2002. She has brought an amazing amount of enthusiasm and compassion to helping others. Kevin and Kevin have worked together since 1991 in various mental health settings. Delinda Grindle joined Kevin in 2006. They started working together on various projects in churches and manufacturing companies in the late 1990s. Delinda serves as director of the newly developed grief services, were she believes in companioning individuals as they experience transformation through healing. Also, Delinda has been serving as Coordinator of Educational Services for the Harlem School District and Rockford Christian Schools. She provides individual and group counseling on a variety of topics including Character Development, Self Esteem, Substance Abuse, and Grief. Karen Lauer joined Kevin in 2007. She specializes in work with children and adolescents. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with Youth Services Network as a caseworker. She is committed to compassionately working with young people and their families. Also, she works with young adults as they make transitions into the next stage of their lives. Tom Mlodzik joined Kevin in 2008. He started his clinical career in Milwaukee area specializing in addictions, as a social worker and Marriage and Family Therapist. He brings a great amount of knowledge and expertise regarding the addiction and mental health filed. Along with his clinical caseload of individuals and couples, he serves as the Director of Addictions Services ( Recovery Program ). "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so other people wont feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. Its not just in some of us, its in all of us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
