Operational since 1891, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 295 represents the electrician community. Located in Little Rock, Ark., the organization works towards giving its members a better working environment and standard of living. Its facilities include standard wages and benefits for electricians, health benefits, including hospital and health, retirement benefits and pension benefits. International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 295 arranges for various events for its members, including rallies, picnics and golf. The organization along with National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) provides apprenticeship for workers. The union has affiliation with AR AFL-CIO AR State Electrical Workers Association, Central AR Building & Construction Trades Council and Central AR Labor Council.
