Stoneham Arena is a town-owned facility that is open year-round and used as the home rink for the Stoneham High School hockey teams. It's also the same rink Olympic figure skater and Stoneham native Nancy Kerrigan used to practice on. All adult stick practice skaters are required to wear a helmet, and the Arena no longer provides rental skates. There is a snack bar, vending machines and free on-site parking available at the Arena, which is located just off Exit 36 of I-93 on Montvale Avenue.
